List of Known Rating Systems

David Wilson maintained this list for many years on his own website, the RSFC (which stands for rec.sports.football.college, the old Usenet newsgroup that we used for decades).  Rick Turner at Nutshell Sports took over the list for awhile, but it hasn't been updated since 2018 so I'm rebuilding it mostly from scratch.

This list is a constant work in progress.  In addition to the ones from RSFC list, I'll also add some others that are, and aren't, included in Kenneth Massey's composites.
