Do we include things other than score?

Do you want to include other aspects of a team's performance beyond the scoreboard? (Yards gained, shots blocked, corner kicks taken, whatever...)
Easy answer
No, keep it simple with just win-or-lose and/or scores and/or locations and/or dates. That's complicated enough. Statistics like these can be even more noisy and susceptible to things like garbage time, officiating, statistician error, substitutions, and so on. Plus, data like this can be much harder to acquire than simple scores and locations, which are widely published.
